Our guests are our first focus. Not only in your hair but we truly believe that connection allows us to better serve you as your stylist as well to find the perfect solution to your hair needs.

All of our hairstylists are licensed through the Wisconsin Board of Cosmetology and have received many hours if not years worth of additional education depending on the level of experienced stylists you see. We would love to help you figure out what color/cut or style would flatter you best based on your needs, wants and lifestyle.

We offer our services based on the desired look. Our stylists are incredible at all levels, but what does each level mean?

We are a salon who firmly believes in continued hands on education even after being licensed.

Each stylist at Ash + Olive is licensed through the Wisconsin Board of Cosmetology and is required to complete additional education through our education program before being out fully onto the floor.

Entry Level- These are our stylists right out of school who are in our Co-Stylist program. They are working with educators such as the owner to develop their craft before becoming fully out onto the floor themselves. Their experience is always growing and that will be reflected on their starting pricings.

Pearl Level- These are our Level 1 stylists they have graduated from the Co-Stylist program and are building their clientele behind the chair full time.

Bronze Level- These are our Level 2 stylists that have been behind the chair for a few years with lots of experience and years of continue education. Growing and glowing.

Silver Level- These are our Level 3 stylists that have been behind the chair for a few years with lots of experience and years of continue education. They typically have niched down their services as they have put in the work to focus their craft.

Gold Level- These are our Level 4 stylists that have become specialists in their craft with few years with lots of experience and years of continue education. They typically will be educators within the salon developing other stylists to living their best life in this amazing industry.
