New Guest FAQ
Why do New Guest services cost more than returning services?
New Guest appointments include about 30 extra minutes with your stylist for a full consultation, a custom plan for future visits, and product recommendations for your new look. That time is what helps us get your results right from the very first visit.
Do I count as a new guest if I have been here before?
Yes, if it has been more than 12 months since one of our stylists colored your hair, please book a New Guest service so we have time to catch up on your hair history.
Why are prices listed as a starting point?
Pricing varies by stylist level, hair length, density, and how much product your service needs. Your stylist will confirm your investment during your consultation.
I am not sure which service to book. What should I do?
Book a Color Bar Experience for color or an Extension Discovery for extensions. Both are designed to help you choose the right service before you commit.
Where is Ash + Olive located?
We are at 1225 Tower Ave, Suite 200, in Superior, WI, an easy drive from Duluth and the rest of the Twin Ports. Our building locks at 6pm on weekdays and is closed on weekends, so for evening or weekend appointments, text the salon when you arrive and we will let you in.
